Shipping Range

  • Countries: We currently ship within the Continental United States of America. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, military bases, or diplomatic locations.

  • Within the continental United States: Enjoy free shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the same day; orders after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5-7 business days for delivery.
  • Total Delivery Time: Including processing time, expect delivery within 6-9 business days.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather and transportation issues.

Missing Items Procedure

  • Reporting Missing Items: If items are missing from your package, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package at support@quenlo.com.
  • Resolution: We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for return.
  • Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Quenlo will cover the return shipping.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return and applied to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

Return Delivery Costs

  • Defective Products: There is no cost for return delivery if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged during transit.
  • Customer Remorse: If you return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return delivery.
